A Contract Amazon H1B Visa refers to an H-1B work visa sponsored by Amazon or a third-party contracting company for a professional working on a contract basis at Amazon. The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows U.S. companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. Contract workers may be hired directly by Amazon or through staffing agencies, but the visa sponsor is responsible for compliance with H-1B regulations.
