Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Acquisition Manager at A&A Realty Group. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying profitable real estate opportunities, negotiations, and driving the acquisition process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will close deals with homeowners throughout the day, possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and have the ability to underwrite deals effectively. Key responsibilities include sourcing off-market properties, building relationships with sellers, analyzing investment potential, and securing properties under contract to meet company goals.
