As a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator Schedule
Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7:15am - 4:30pm
Friday 7:15am - 2:30pm (1-2 Fridays Per Month)

Responsibilities
  • Dental Treatment coordination and presentation to patients
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling

  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 3 or more years experience with admin work in Dental Practice
  • Experience Treatment Planning/Presentations, Insurance & Patient Aging Reports Management is a Must!
