Position Summary...Role summary:
This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the Workforce Intelligence team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

It focuses on designing and maintaining labor placement strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Members collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement business plans, remove obstacles, and drive process improvements aligned with company goals. The team emphasizes data-driven decision-making, contingency planning, and effective communication to support operational success. It fosters a culture of accountability, professional growth, and integrity while delivering measurable results that contribute to broader workforce strategies and organizational objectives.   • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define goals, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Oversee program management process improvements by conducting analyses, developing solutions, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
