Skills Required:

  • Project Management, Project Documentation, Jira, Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects and operational deliverables across Labor Affairs, Legacy Timekeeping, and Global H&S PDOs, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery planning, including risk, issue, and change management
  • Develop detailed project plans aligning with objectives and scope.
  • Report project timelines (e.g., Gantt) to assigned governance levels.
  • Ensure recurring tasks are clearly defined and tracked in Jira.
  • Lead and participate in daily stand-ups. Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead first governance level project status meetings, documenting outcomes and next steps.
  • Prepare support documents for upper level governance meetings.
  • Diligently manage follow-ups, recaps, and action items.
  • Assign actions for cross-project/PDO dependencies.
  • Manage issues and risks, including contingency planning.
