Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Help shape the financial future of a global manufacturing company.

At GHSP, our Finance team partners with leaders across the business to help make better decisions, identify opportunities, and support long-term growth.

We're looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes while providing the financial insights that help drive the business forward. If you enjoy turning data into strategy, challenging assumptions, and partnering with leaders across the organization, we'd love to talk with you.

This position can be based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan or our offices in Novi, Michigan.

What You'll Do
  • Lead GHSP's annual budgeting process and company-wide financial forecasting.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop our Annual Operating Plan and long-term strategic plans.
  • Provide financial insight and guidance that helps business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Consolidate and communicate monthly forecasts, identify key trends, and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
  • Lead financial analysis supporting business growth, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to improve financial processes and drive better business outcomes.
  • Monitor program financial performance from award through launch and help identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team that serves as a trusted business partner throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Corporate FP&A experience preferred.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
