Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager (or Senior Finance Manager) to join the Customer Success Finance team and serve as a strategic finance partner to the Customer Success organization, which is the Genesys function responsible for driving positive customer outcomes and relationships. In partnership with Customer Success Finance team members, this role will support a wide range of activities, including financial reporting/analysis (Revenue & Expense), compensation planning & administration, and business analytics. The ideal candidate combines proven FP&A experience with curiosity about customer behavior, operational metrics, and Professional Services business drivers. This person will help Finance and Business leaders understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and data-driven insights which can improve both Customer Success performance and Customer outcomes.

Job Description

  • In partnership with CS Finance colleagues, standardize, enhance, and maintain routine, executive ready, financial reporting and analysis for all Customer Success functions, including the Professional Services business.
  • Working with Business Finance & Analytics colleagues, enhance and maintain a Quarterly Business Review package for each Customer Success Regional Leader, conveying key performance metrics and areas needing attention/action.
  • Support compensation management for Customer Success teams, including bonus plan design, performance analysis, and quarterly payout execution.
  • Assist the Customer Insights team with analytics around customer behavior, including retention, expansion, churn, product adoption, and customer health.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, or investment decisions.
  • Be a thought leader / trend setter with creating opportunities to leverage AI solutions in day to day activities

Job Qualifications

  • Naturally empathetic, trustworthy, collaborative, and curious
  • Thrives under ambiguous, fast-paced, and complex environments
  • 7-9 years of experience in Finance or Consulting (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience in compensation analysis, and/or commission/bonus administration preferred
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for analysis, reporting, or productivity preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results and operational metrics into a clear business narrative
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and present actionable insights

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$105,100.00 - $184,900.00
