Radar Applications Incorporated (RAI) is a rapidly growing start-up delivering advanced sensor technologies for airborne and satellite radar missions. We seek highly-motivated professionals to support our existing R&D programs and to help us solve challenging problems for our Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and commercial customers. We have immediate openings for Senior Signal Processing Engineers in Ann Arbor, MI. RAI offers unrivaled employee compensation packages and a dynamic, mission oriented work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Work within small technical teams to invent, prototype, evaluate, and optimize advanced radar signal processing and exploitation algorithms.
• Design innovative radar waveforms and associated signal processing techniques.
• Collaborate with our customers to analyze new system requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Participate in business development activities including proposal strategy formulation and proposal writing.
Qualifications
• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of experience in radar signal processing or electronic warfare (EW).
• Familiarity with advanced signal processing algorithms and large-scale optimization methods.
• Experience with operational radar sensors and missions. • Fluency in MATLAB®, Python or C++ environments.
• Strong communication skills.
