What your new challenge will look like
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage, coach and develop consultants across the business line, providing ongoing performance feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements.
  • Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.
  • Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
  • Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences.
  • Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches.
  • Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).

  • Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
  • Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).
