Job description

Continental Adjusters is seeking a Licensed Public Adjuster or someone willing to diligently study and achieve the license, to serve as a Solicitor, focused on sales and business development in the commercial property insurance space. This is a true hunter roleโ€”youโ€™ll be identifying opportunities, engaging property owners, and securing signed Letters of Representation (LORs). Once a client is signed, Continental handles estimating, claim strategy, and insurance negotiationsโ€”you focus solely on bringing in the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage commercial property owners impacted by fire, water, storm, or other insured losses.
  • Educate potential clients on the value of public adjusting and secure signed LORs.
  • Build and maintain referral networks with contractors, attorneys, property managers, and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct site visits, attend local industry events, and follow up with leads in your territory.
  • Collaborate with Continentalโ€™s internal team post-signing to ensure a seamless client handoff.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead pipeline reports.
