Description

 The Fullington Auto Bus Company has a Lead Driver Trainer position available. 


The responsibilities of this position include scheduling new bus drivers for training, supervision of driver trainers, performing recertifications and leading the recertification process for current drivers, recommending driver policies and assisting with interviewing and onboarding processes. The Lead Trainer will be part of the Safety Department and will report directly to the Senior Safety Director. 

Requirements

Minimum requirements include education equivalent to a high school diploma; possession of a Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsements; and safe driving record with 3-5 years of driving experience. Should have knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
