We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Contents Technician to join our growing restoration team. This position plays a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and other property losses. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in helping others, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities
Create detailed inventories of customer belongings.
Pack, label, wrap, protect, and organize contents for transport and storage.
Clean and restore contents affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, and other losses.
Perform pack-out, pack-back, unpacking, and reorganization services.
Safely load/unload trucks and operate company cargo vans and large box trucks.
Deliver contents, supplies, and equipment to job sites and storage facilities.
Stock and organize company vehicles, equipment, warehouses, and storage areas.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and job-specific compliance requirements.
Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Complete daily notes, job documentation, and timesheets accurately.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces, warehouses, vehicles, and storage areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, insurance professionals, and team members.
Communicate professionally with supervisors and coworkers regarding job progress.
Assist with other restoration-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely operate cargo vans and/or large box trucks.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavier items with assistance.
Ability to work in warehouses, residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer/mobile device skills for job documentation.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
