SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is hiring a Contents Manager!
At SERVPRO, we help people recover after fire, water, and mold damage and were growing our Contents Division to better serve our customers and community.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on leader to manage & help build our contents operations, including pack-outs, inventory management, cleaning, storage, and pack-back services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, staying organized, and helping people during difficult situations.

Position Summary
The Contents Manager oversees daily contents operations and ensures projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and according to SERVPRO standards. This role combines leadership, operations management, customer service, warehouse organization, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, dependable, and capable of balancing field operations with warehouse workflows and administrative responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations
  • Schedule crews, vehicles, and daily production activities
  • Lead, train, and develop Contents Technicians
  • Maintain organization and workflow within the contents warehouse
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and project documentation
  • Communicate with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor job quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with estimating and project coordination
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and operational readiness
  • Help improve systems, efficiency, and overall division growth
Qualifications
  • Experience in restoration, moving/storage, warehouse operations, logistics, cleaning, or project management
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments
  • Valid drivers license required
  • IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active environments as needed
