Position Overview
The Contents Restoration Helper is a full-time position supporting the Contents Department in restoring customer belongings after fire, water, or other property damage. This role assists with pack-outs, warehouse operations, cleaning, deodorization, and moving contents while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
  •  Assist with contents pack-outs and pack-backs at residential and commercial properties. 
  •  Transport contents, materials, and equipment safely between job sites and warehouse. 
  •  Pack, unpack, move, and organize furniture and household contents. 
  •  Disassemble and reassemble basic furniture and appliances. 
  •  Assist with warehouse organization, inventory control, and storage management. 
  •  Perform contents cleaning, structural cleaning, and deodorization tasks. 
  •  Complete post-construction and final cleaning services. 
  •  Communicate professionally with property owners and team members. 
  •  Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. 
Qualifications
  •  Restoration, moving, warehouse, or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. 
  •  Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly. 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  •  Works well in a team environment. 
  •  Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. 
  •  Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. 
  •  Valid driver’s license preferred. 
Compensation
Pay based on experience and qualifications.
Physical Requirements
