About This Role The Marketing Intern will report directly to the Brand Manager and will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and executing influencer marketing activities. From packing personalized mailers to our creator community to hand-delivering PR boxes to local creators, this person thrives in high-energy settings and knows how to stay organized while taking action. In addition to executing influencer gifting, this role owns parts of the outreach, organization, and coordination process to support the marketing team. This is an in-office internship based at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. Key Responsibilities Influencer Relations: Reach out and follow up with individuals in our creator network via social media (Instagram and TikTok) to build relationships and initiate partnership connections Influencer Gifting: Coordinate, prepare materials, and execute on influencer gifting mailers in tandem with strategic retail distribution points to drive targeted in-store trial and content creation PR Package Fulfillment: Coordinate the delivery of PR packages to creators in the local Phoenix Metropolitan area to drive engagement and awareness amongst our target audience Marketing Material Management: Maintain organization of marketing materials for upcoming marketing initiatives Requirements In pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field, or similar experience Genuinely passionate about health, fitness, and wellness. Someone who is personally active and authentically connected to the communities we serve Proven ability to plan and execute on projects from start to finish Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer relations, internal reporting, and cross‐functional collaboration Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms and direct messaging Basic content creation skills (iPhone photography, short‐form video recording) for capturing content as needed Reliable personal vehicle used for local deliveries in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods Additional Information Please note: This is a part-time (approximately 25-30 hours per week), seasonal position and the duration of this internship opportunity is scheduled from August 2026 - October 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
