- Experience producing architecture deliverables (sitemaps and wireframes) at a high level.
- Experience establishing creative direction and guiding the creative work of others.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in client-facing strategic discussions, sales conversations, and internal team communication development/leadership.
- Proven ability to sustain client relationships and increase account growth.
- Highly organized, proactive, and metrics-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- A hunger and aptitude for working with AI tools.
- A background in Website development, especially WordPress, is preferred.
- Experience in a management or leadership position is preferred.
- Experience working in an interactive environment within the Healthcare industry is preferred.
