We are seeking a Proposal Writer & AI Content Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional who can bridge modern AI-driven content creation with human expertise. The primary responsibility is to manage proposals generated by AI - reviewing, refining, and humanizing them to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and client-ready.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creative writing, proposal management, and automation tools, with the ability to seamlessly integrate AI-generated drafts into polished, high-quality deliverables. You will also play a key role in setting up and managing automation processes to streamline proposal creation and ensure consistency across client communications.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and refine AI-generated proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a human touch.
  • Humanize and edit content to align with client tone, brand, and requirements.
  • Incorporate AI automation tools to improve efficiency in content creation and proposal workflows.
  • Develop creative and persuasive proposal content that resonates with clients.
  • Set up and maintain automation systems to streamline proposal and communication processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect client needs and project goals.
  • Manage and oversee the proposal management lifecycle, providing project management oversight to ensure alignment with objectives and successful delivery.
