Netflix's Content Finance & Strategy (F&S) team is looking for an Associate to join its team in its Hollywood office.

The Content F&S team drives the vision and business strategy that provides Netflix with best-in-class metrics, tools, analysis, insights, and reporting to make effective content performance and programming decisions. We partner closely with Data Science & Engineering, Content Programming Strategy & Operations, and leadership to do so. This role is based in our Hollywood, California office with a hybrid work schedule (Tues-Thurs in-office).

Responsibilities: Innovate and develop content performance metrics, frameworks, and insights Analyze portfolio investment and performance to develop short- and long-term content planning Guide Netflix's content launch strategy and deepen understanding of title audiences Set the strategy and structure for external data sharing Execute market research and competitive trends analysis Run valuation and financial models to inform content deals, particularly for high-investment opportunities and emerging content areas Spearhead special projects for senior Netflix leaders and develop recommendations on key strategic issues Streamline and manage key analytical operations and reporting Partner closely with Data Science & Engineering across these efforts Netflix is fast-growing with a flat organizational structure, which means employees are often asked to perform tasks of varying difficulty. The ideal candidate would be prepared to regularly "roll up their sleeves" to perform routine tasks the same day they are asked to prepare a presentation to executives. Qualifications: 2-4 years of work experience Passion for Content / Entertainment Experience conducting quantitative analysis (including modeling) and qualitative analysis, and can drive to insight and results using data Excellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and concisely Strong initiative and ability to work independently, thrives in a fast-paced, always-changing environment Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status quo.

Exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides Due to the nature and scope of this role, we will need to run a background check prior to starting with us. We are also supportive of individuals who choose to move on to business or graduate school after 2-3 years. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.

You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $180,000.00 - $275,000.00
