Job description

Permanent remote role, candidate can be located anywhere in the US.

The Solution Consultant (SC) is a quota-carrying team member responsible for working with the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team to position and sell Compliance Solutions Print & Content solutions. This role involves working directly with Account Executives and their accounts to understand their needs and to identify relevant print, content and software solutions. The SC will communicate the value proposition of print, content and associated software, deliver software solution overviews, and facilitate activities to complete a deal (pricing, quote, contract, etc.). The Solution Consultant must have true sales acumen and a proven record of hitting their quota. They will provide deeper solution knowledge and expertise in the sales cycle and collaborate with Account Executives on print and content sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quota for Compliance Solutions Print and Content Solutions.
  • Co-Lead external facing Sales Cycles specific to selling Print and Content Solutions to the SMB market.
  • Deliver software solution overviews.
  • Provide the external Subject Matter Expert voice for Print and Content Solutions during active Sales Cycles.
  • Understand and articulate value propositions of Compliance Solutions Print and Content Solutions; collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts as needed to source deep technical expertise.
  • Build internal relationships and develop a collaborative team with Account Executives and other members of a Deal Team to effectively serve SMB accounts.
  • Develop a deep domain knowledge of the solution offering and configurations needed to support customers with their regulatory content.
  • Self-motivated; proactive, and an AI Forward mindset.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by sales leadership

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience

Experience:

  • 3 + years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services industry, preferably with an understanding of banking operations.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com as CRM is required.
  • Experience in field sales preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Pursue cross-sell, up-sell transactions with customers.
  • Knowledge of Compliance Solutions Print and Content Solutions.
  • Solution presentation skills (in person, virtual by phone or video).
  • Prioritize multiple priorities across various accounts.
  • Consultative sales experience.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to build stakeholder relationships virtually.
  • Effective collaborator with technical skilled individuals.
  • Professional demeanor in oral and written communications.
  • Passion for and ability to learn and develop Sales skillsets.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI in the context of selling.
  • Familiarity with Demo2Win, Consensus, and RAIN Selling's Consultative Selling Methodology.

Travel Requirements

Travel requirement: less than 20% domestic travel.

Compensation:

$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USDThis role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
