Endurable focuses on off-site prefabrication of high-quality aluminum products, which are then delivered to the jobsite for quick, easy installation. This approach streamlines construction, reduces onsite labor time, and ensures consistent quality### ### We're currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team onsite in Brooklyn Center, MN.### ### **Summary**### The Project Manager manages a variety of accounts and projects from sales turnover to scope completion. They evaluate construction plans, and oversee the design, engineering, and production process, and maintain communication with customers. The Project Manager works to understand the scope of the project from the sales department and works to meet the design needs and requests of the customers.### ### The Project Manager will need to work closely with assigned Field Managers to make sure site information is being captured and processed accurately. In addition, the Project Manager has responsibilities to track, communicate appropriately on their projects in the manufacturing facility and with customers, ensuring projects are running smoothly and profitable based on hitting budgets set.### ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** ### Attend meetings with sales department and/or CAD department to understand project scope during project hand off, including preparation of all scope take-off documentation to thoroughly understand design intent and project scope.* ### Initiate and participate in conversations with customers to communicate project specifications, as appropriate.* ### Manage submittals to customers and respond to requests in a timely manner, hours, not days.* ### Maintain accurate job files with appropriate documentation to support approvals and project history and assure milestone timelines are being met.* ### Review all architectural drawings, structural drawings, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and work with CAD department on drawing releases and updates.* ### Project Manager is responsible to validate and assure project scopes are turned over to fabrication correctly for design and quantities and work with Field Managers as appropriate to review fab drawings created from field measurements.* ### Project Managers are responsible to make sure that any necessary field measurements are either attained from customers or through Endurable Field Managers and processing that data through to accurate fab drawings.* ### Project Managers are responsible for accurately identifying and ordering all project scope materials including hardware, tie rods and decking.* ### Anticipate and work to mitigate any scheduling issues with customers by managing customer expectations and communications proactively.* ### Create and maintain master pack lists for each project, including all loose items needed to ship to the job site.* ### Work with shipping personnel to coordinate prompt shipment of materials to each job site according to agreed upon production timeline.* ### Process and review any change orders that may occur during projects and minimize customer chargebacks to protect the profitability of Endurable.* ### Review and problem solve site issues, utilizing Endurable Field Manager expertise as appropriate, to equitable solutions with the customer while protecting Endurable’s interests.* ### Maintain up-to-date information on project status and timing of project deliverables to prevent unnecessary expediting and communicate appropriately with internal staff and personnel.* ### Continually monitor project scopes and communication of scope billing to the Endurable Project Coordinator according to agreed production timelines and work completions.* ### Always conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner with all Endurable internal and external customers.* ### Potential travel to job sites to meet with customers, if necessary.* ### Perform other duties and respond to requests in a timely manner as requested### ### **Qualifications**### To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other employees.* ### **Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to read and interpret measurements on drawings.### ### **Other Qualifications**### Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, and ability to see the overall process from a high level.
