We're looking for a creative, project-minded professional who can take a concept and develop the tools, templates, and implementation plans needed to bring it to life. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys improving processes, and thrives with minimal direction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, playbooks, and implementation frameworks for strategic initiatives
  • Create templates, tools, and documentation to support consistent execution across multiple teams
  • Partner with leadership to organize priorities and move projects forward
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional communications
  • Maintain SharePoint content, project materials, and shared resources
