Job description

Branded content at the intersection of creators, culture, and commerce - produced flawlessly, at scale, across every screen. Ready to run it?
We're looking for a Branded Content Creative Producer to join the Creative Studio team in the Creator Ad Partnerships organization. This is a production-first role focused on project managing complex advertising campaigns and ensuring every branded content execution in-show (custom segments, product integration) or in ad placements (video, audio, social, and live events), meets the highest creative bar, reflects the creator's authentic voice, and delivers on the advertiser's expectations.
You will own the end-to-end production management of branded content campaigns across multiple ad formats and distribution channels - from YouTube to Prime Video to TikTok and Instagram

You are the person who ensures that every campaign runs on time, delivers the creative strategy as envisioned, and at a quality standard that protects the brand, the creator, and Amazon. You are customer obsessed: the brand must always show up exactly as they expected, and the creator's audience must always feel the integration is native, not forced.
This role requires project management, the confidence to coach talent and provide direct creative feedback, and writing skills when audio scripts or social ad copy are needed. You will serve as the connective layer between Sales, Creator teams, and Production teams - translating approved creative strategies into flawless executions across our distribution channels (e.g., Prime Video, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch), and live event activations

You will also think big about how to iterate on our ad products and bring branded content to life in new ways that keep us competitive in the creator marketplace.
Key job responsibilities
Project manage complex advertising campaigns end-to-end across video, social, audio, and live events - owning timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through final asset delivery
Oversee the production of multi-format branded content across distribution channels including YouTube, Prime Video, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast platforms - ensuring each format is produced to spec and optimized for its destination
Serve as the quality gatekeeper for all branded content assets - QC'ing recordings and deliverables for brand compliance, audio/video quality, script alignment, and tonal authenticity before handoff to Campaign Management
Ensure brand guidelines are met across every touchpoint - proactively managing mid-flight changes, flagging risks, and never allowing a brand to show up in a way they didn't approve
Coach and direct talent through ad recordings - providing real-time creative feedback, line reads, and guidance to ensure branded content meets the quality bar and reflects the brand's creative vision
Manage production timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns using AdPipe (Airtable), Ad Trackers (Google Docs), SOWs (Sharepoint).
Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) as client-facing production agreements - defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and workback schedules for standard and complex campaigns
Coordinate with studio operations to ensure they have scheduled with show teams all ad shoots, recording sessions, and content delivery - ensuring they have managed availability, delivery dates, and schedule changes across multiple properties
Be on-site or on a livestream recording session when available with creators and production teams during ad recordings - ensuring quality, providing creative direction, and serving as the brand's on-the-ground representative
Execute branded content elements for live events and experiential activations with our internal events lead as the single-threaded owner and you as the key consultant- ensuring on-site creative direction, talent briefing, branded integration management, and post-event deliverable tracking has been accounted for
Think big about how to iterate on ad products and bring branded content to life in new ways - developing proposals for new formats, identifying competitive opportunities, and evolving the creative playbook to stay ahead of the creator marketplace
Write ad scripts for creators, podcast hosts, and announcers when campaigns require scripted content - tailoring voice, tone, and messaging to each creator's authentic style while meeting brand compliance requirements
Manage creative refresh cycles for long-running campaigns - coordinating new assets, asset swaps, and mid-flight pivots based on pacing or advertiser feedback
Maintain real-time production tracking and sales team communication - translating creator team updates into status reports covering timelines, deliverable statuses, air dates, and revision updates
Contribute to pre-sale creative strategy (~10%) by supporting RFP responses, developing creative thought starters, and providing production feasibility input on proposed concepts based on insights gained across campaign executions
Integrate AI tools into production workflows for creative iteration, script development, and operational efficiency
A day in the life
Campaign & Production Management: You manage six+ concurrent campaigns daily using AdPipe, Ad Trackers, and SOWs - flagging timeline risks, confirming studio availability, and updating multi-format activations.
On-Site Production & Talent Coaching: You're on set coaching creators through branded recordings, ensuring messaging, tone, and placement meet client approvals. Post-session, you QC assets for brand compliance and audio quality.
Multi-Format Ad Production: You coordinate branded content across YouTube, podcasts, TikTok, and Instagram - ensuring each format is produced to spec and feels platform-native.
Brand Guidelines & Customer Obsession: When brand guidelines shift mid-flight, you assess impact, align with account teams, and protect the client's vision before production moves forward.
Live Event & Experiential Activation: You finalize run-of-shows, confirm branded elements, and brief creator teams for live activations - ensuring quality by being on-site when it matters.
Script Writing & Creative Development: You write branded scripts - mid-rolls, host-read copy, talking points - tailored to creator voice while managing compliance and client approvals.
Thinking Big & Ad Product Innovation: You develop proposals for new branded content formats informed by performance data and competitive intelligence - helping write the next playbook.
AI Fluency: You integrate AI tools into production workflows and explore emerging capabilities to uplevel team efficiency and creative output.
