Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a dynamic Branded Content Associate to join our Brand Operations Team! The person in this role will be responsible for assisting with the tracking, quality assurance (QA), fulfillment and performance of our branded content efforts. Our ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and have strong critical reasoning and problem-solving skills who can actively assist and grow our digital monetization efforts. What You'll Do:
  • Assist as a liaison between Brand and Partnerships related to sponsored content opportunities, execution, and fulfillment.
  • Assist in tracking branded content across all SS&E franchises & digital platforms.
  • Assist in the quality assurance (QA) of all branded content executions and ensure it is compliant with all Spurs and NBA guidelines.
  • Assist with daily branded content scheduling and tracking of SS&E social boosting budget for both organic and paid content.
  • Assist with branded content seasonal audits for all SS&E franchises.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media and marketing best practices to integrate partners into team content.
  • Assist the Brand Operations team with research, data, and insights for all Brand projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or similar working experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience in partnership fulfillment, social media, social marketing, or a closely related field
  • Must contribute to and thrive in high energy, high profile, positive, proactive, deadline driven, results oriented, and attention to detail environment.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve.
  • Communicate effectively to all team members.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and discretion/confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays at times
