We are PMG

PMG, a global independent platform company engineered for impact, integrates business strategy, media, creative, and data within a single operating model powered by our proprietary operating system, Alli. With more than 1,000 employees, PMG partners with brands including Apple, Nike, Dropbox, Experian, Sephora, and Whole Foods. Our work has earned top industry honors, including Cannes Lions and Adweek's Media Plan of the Year, and PMG has won 40+ workplace culture awards, including being the only company to rank among Ad Age's Best Places to Work for 11 consecutive years.

Who You'll Be Working With

At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

As the Influencer & Branded Content Senior Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering influencer and creator strategies across PMG's clients. You'll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, client leaders, and brand partners to develop programs that connect cultural relevance with business impact. You'll help strengthen PMG's influencer and creator marketing capabilities by establishing scalable best practices, developing strong talent and platform relationships, and ensuring a high standard of strategy, execution, measurement, and client service.

You'll help advance the future of branded content at PMG by identifying emerging creator trends, exploring new content formats and platforms, and translating innovation into actionable opportunities for clients. You'll also lead and develop team members, helping them strengthen their strategic thinking, channel expertise, and ability to deliver exceptional work.

If you're passionate about shaping culture through creator-driven storytelling, using data to guide meaningful decisions, and building innovative influencer programs that deliver measurable impact, this is the place to make your mark.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the development and execution of influencer and branded content strategies across key client accounts, translating business objectives, audience insights, and cultural trends into impactful creator programs.

  • Manage and develop members of the Influencer & Branded Content team, supporting workload planning, day-to-day execution, professional development, and a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

  • Help evolve PMG's Influencer & Branded Content capabilities by developing scalable frameworks, best practices, processes, and measurement approaches that improve the quality and consistency of work across clients.

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in influencer marketing and branded content, bringing a strong point of view to client conversations, strategic recommendations, new business opportunities, and emerging creator trends.

  • Develop innovative influencer and branded content programs for existing clients and new business opportunities, partnering closely with account, strategy, media, and creative teams to connect creator ideas to broader marketing objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, publishers, and platform partners to expand access to talent, industry insights, platform innovation, and strategic opportunities.

  • Oversee complex and high-impact influencer and branded content campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring work is strategically sound, operationally efficient, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for measurable success.

  • Apply and evolve measurement frameworks to evaluate creator performance, campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and business impact, translating results into actionable recommendations for clients.

  • Provide strategic guidance and quality oversight across campaign planning, creator selection, contracting, content approvals, reporting, compliance, and partnership deliverables.

  • Coach and mentor team members, providing clear feedback, career support, and opportunities to strengthen their strategic, client-facing, and channel expertise.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities to improve team processes, resource planning, capabilities, and approaches that support continued client and business growth.

  • The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities.

What You Will Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, including 3+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • You bring advanced expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, developing creator-led programs that connect cultural insight, platform behavior, audience needs, and client business goals.

  • You have strong experience in contract review and proposal development, navigating creator and partnership negotiations with clarity, consistency, and a focus on delivering value for clients and partners.

  • You bring exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high standards across campaign execution, reporting, content approvals, compliance, and partnership deliverables.

  • You have strong proficiency in project implementation, leading complex influencer and branded content programs from strategic planning through launch, optimization, and post-campaign learning.

  • You are skilled in presentation and communication, delivering clear strategic narratives, senior-level recommendations, and performance insights to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • You have a deep understanding of advertising standards, client service, and relationship management, helping brands and creators build trusted partnerships that meet business, legal, and platform expectations.

  • You are proficient with influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and the broader social media ecosystem, using data to evaluate creators, guide recommendations, and improve campaign performance.

  • You have experience building relationships across the influencer marketing ecosystem, including creators, talent agencies, publishers, and platform partners, and leveraging those relationships to strengthen client programs.

  • You bring strategic thinking, business and financial acumen, and thoughtful resource management to guide account priorities, team planning, and scalable approaches to client growth.

  • You have demonstrated experience managing and developing team members, balancing day-to-day leadership with coaching, feedback, performance management, and long-term professional development.

  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
