Content Partners are individuals or organizations that collaborate with a company, platform, or publisher to provide or produce content. This content can include articles, videos, courses, or other media that align with the goals and audience of the hosting platform. Job description

About Us
Wellington Management offers comprehensive investment management capabilities that span nearly all segments of the global capital markets. Our investment solutions, tailored to the unique return and risk objectives of institutional clients in more than 60 countries, draw on a robust body of proprietary research and a collaborative culture that encourages independent thought and healthy debate. As a private partnership, we believe our ownership structure fosters a long-term view that aligns our perspectives with those of our clients.
About the Role
THE POSITION
We are seeking an Investment Content Analyst to support the execution of our cross-asset investment content strategy in close partnership with Investment Strategists, the Director of Content Strategy, and the Content Team.
This role will help translate the firm's investment research and strategists's perspectives into clear, differentiated, high-quality insights for institutional and wealth audiences globally-an important component of our competitive edge as a firm grounded in fundamental research.
The analyst will conduct research, synthesize investment views, develop charts and data visualizations, and build reusable content components to be incorporated into presentations, papers, digital content, and client communications. Working across macroeconomics, geopolitics, fixed income, equities, and multi-asset perspectives and topics, the analyst will serve as a bridge and critical connector across investment strategy and other teams to help ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of messaging.
The role requires strong investment fluency, intellectual curiosity, data and research capabilities, strong communication and writing skills, and the know-how to identify and very clearly communicate the most relevant implications of complex market developments for wealth and institutional audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct investment, market, competitive, and thematic research to support the development of timely and differentiated content.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Content Strategy and Investment Strategists to develop client-facing content in support of our priority investment themes across asset classes and audiences.
  • Collaborate with Investment Directors, Macro Strategists, broader investment teams, and commercial partners within the firm to surface and integrate key themes, client questions, market insights, and investment narratives.
  • Synthesize complex investment research and strategist's perspectives into clear findings, key messages, supporting evidence, and client-relevant implications.
  • Develop charts, data visualizations, presentation materials, other research and strategy-driven content components for use across wealth and institutional channels, including building and maintaining a library of "ready-to-use" content to support client conversations across wealth and institutional channels.
  • Ensure that research, data, and investment messaging are accurate, appropriately sourced, current, and consistent across related materials, acting as a central point of coordination across teams.
  • Capture and synthesize feedback and insights from strategist and client interactions, sharing key themes with internal stakeholders to inform ongoing content priorities and client engagement.
  • Incorporate new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled research and content solutions, to improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of content creation and delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively across investment, content, market data services, compliance, and commercial teams to support the timely delivery of investment content.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is likely to have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or financial journalism, with a focus on investment research and investment content creation.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, investment products, macroeconomic trends, asset classes, and investment approaches.
  • Strong data visualization and charting skills, with an eye for clarity and the ability to effectively turn data into compelling investment messages and storytelling.
  • Experience developing or supporting client-facing investment materials, including presentations, research reports, market commentary, or thought leadership.
  • Excellent written and editorial skills, with the ability to communicate complex investment ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Strong judgment regarding what is relevant to institutional, wealth, and intermediary audiences.
  • Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work across investment, client, and commercial teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
  • Presentation and communication skills, with the flexibility to support overflow strategist or commercial engagements as needed.
  • Familiarity with financial data platforms and research tools. Experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, or similar tools is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, journalism, or a related field. A CFA designation, CFA candidacy, or another relevant investment qualification is a plus.
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? That's ok. If you believe that you could excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and welcome a chance to review your background. We are dedicated to building and maintaining a diversified workforce and considering a broad array of candidates with a variety of skill, workplace experiences, and backgrounds.
