Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with Go1 Content Partners.
  • Taking ownership of partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing operational rollout to ensure precision and excellence.
  • Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners.
  • Managing a portfolio of Content Partners in your region, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Go1's strategic goals.
  • Guiding partners through the onboarding process by coordinating internal stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement in partner success processes and best practices.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance and operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to complex commercial negotiations and delivering strategic value to both partners and the organisation.
  • Working collaboratively across partner functions to identify and implement opportunities for success.

You will have: 

  • 2-3 years in partnership or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication abilities, including listening, persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration.
  • High-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex relationships.
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Analytical skills to uncover trends and insights from data.
  • Experience working with CRM and reporting tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and engage relevant internal stakeholders as needed.
  • A background working in or alongside B2B sales functions is a plus.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $90-100K and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
