Role Summary

This role is responsible for building, organizing and optimizing Lucky Energy's owned social content and creator programs. They will partner closely with the Social Media Lead to develop content strategies, manage content pipelines and calendars, and support influencer campaigns from planning through execution. In short, focusing on content planning, creator strategy & influencer campaign management.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain owned social content calendars
  • Organize creative assets and maintain content libraries
  • Source and pitch UGC creators to the internal team while managing timelines and content across multiple creators
  • Evaluate paid influencer partners based on brand fit, audience quality and campaign goals
  • Build creative briefs and content decks to guide agency partners and content creators to create brand-aligned content
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to help guide content development and execution
  • Research trends, creators and cultural moments to inspire content ideas
  • Support influencer strategy, campaign planning and program organization
  • Manage influencer gifting programs and campaign logistics
  • Coordinate creator campaigns, timelines and deliverables across agency and internal partners
  • Review creator content and identify opportunities for organic and paid amplification
  • Trend intelligence: Stay on the pulse of social media, internet culture, creators, trending formats and cultural moments to inform owned content and influencer strategies.
  • Regularly compile trending content formats, creators, sounds and creative inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Monitor competitor activity and best-in-class brands for content inspiration and strategic insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media content calendars and coordinating content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, internet culture, and emerging digital trends.
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing influencer and UGC creator partnerships from outreach through content delivery.
  • Ability to develop creative briefs, organize content libraries, and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external creators.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence providing creative feedback.
