Marketing Content Specialist

Reports To: Director of Marketing
Location: Riviera Beach, FL - 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Up to 25% throughout Florida

Position Summary

The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital marketing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, recruiting, and customer engagement across multiple home service brands. This role develops creative assets for digital, print, social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, vehicle wraps, signage, presentations, and other marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent branding across the organization.


The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered creative tools. Experience in the home services or skilled trades industry is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

Content Creation & Graphic Design

  • Design digital and print marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, vehicle wraps, apparel, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics and creative assets for social media, PPC campaigns, websites, email marketing, recruiting initiatives, and sales collateral.
  • Develop visual content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and employer branding.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all company brands and marketing materials.

Marketing Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, acquisitions, recruiting initiatives, trade shows, and community events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Recruiting to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Assist with website content updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Travel up to 25% throughout Florida to visit branch locations, job sites, recruiting events, trade shows, and company functions to capture content and support marketing initiatives.

Creative Technology & Innovation

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other creative platforms to develop professional marketing materials.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, or similar technologies to improve content creation, design efficiency, and workflow automation.
  • Stay current on graphic design trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other video editing software.
