About the role:

We are looking for someone passionate about telling the story of the world's most thrilling customer driving experience. As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll craft compelling brand narratives and bring our innovative products to life across global digital platforms

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Concept, produce, and edit high-quality marketing content across platforms, including video production, photography, graphic design, social media posts, email outreach, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all media assets satisfy the creative brief, align with platform strategies, and strictly adhere to established corporate brand and tone guidelines.
  • Manage multiple production projects simultaneously, maintaining strict timelines and tracking progress via daily boards, charts, and project software.
  • Participate in, coordinate, and assist with group production setups, media shoots, and multi-department collaboration tasks.
  • Cross-train team members on specialized media skills, workflows, and technical content disciplines.
  • Coordinate directly with stakeholders to gather clear project requirements, present initial creative concepts, and integrate constructive feedback.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by collecting real-world assets, event photography, customer testimonials, and content from influencer or sponsor collaborations.
  • Organize and maintain a strong 5S condition for all physical and digital creative materials.
  • Research emerging industry trends and competitor content strategies.
  • Actively engage in daily kaizen events, waste elimination practices, and continuous process improvement activities.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Industrial/Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; or equivalent practical media experience.
  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience in media creation, content management, or digital marketing environments.
  • High level of technical skill across video production, strobe light photography, graphic layouts, and digital copywriting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and standard productivity software.
  • Solid understanding of technical site optimization, digital asset systems, website content management systems (CMS), and modern e-commerce platforms like Shopify+.
  • Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a demonstrated capacity to independently problem-solve under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a positive, collaborative team player attitude.
  • Ability to travel frequently for off-site shoots or events, and work flexible or overtime hours as required to hit production metrics.
  • Safe driving record and baseline comfort operating standard motor vehicles or light assembly tools.
