Position: Content Coordinator
Department: Creative Services
Reporting to: Content Director
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
At Advisors Excel, we're passionate about creating resources that help financial advisors grow their businesses. As our Content Coordinator, you'll play a critical role ensuring thousands of marketing resources are organized, accurate, easy to find, and delivering a great experience for both our internal teams and advisor partners. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Daily Business Resources (DBR) platform while partnering with teams across the organization to deliver an exceptional user experience.

What you'll do:
Content Management

  • Organize, upload, and maintain digital resources within our Daily Business Resources content platform
  • Ensure content is accurate, properly categorized, and follows established naming and quality standards
  • Monitor content expiration dates and coordinate updates to keep resources current
  • Develop recommendations for archiving and organizing event and stock resources
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profile updates
  • Partner with Marketing Resource Managers and internal stakeholders to maintain content management best practices
Reporting & Platform Performance
  • Generate recurring reports on platform usage, content performance, and user engagement
  • Analyze trends including searches, downloads, and traffic to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Make recommendations that improve content accessibility and the overall user experience
  • Help administer annual user surveys and identify enhancements based on feedback
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen content management processes
User Support & Training
  • Serve as a primary resource for DBR user support and troubleshooting
  • Respond to help requests and resolve user questions in a timely manner
  • Train internal team members on platform functionality and best practices
  • Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while encouraging effective platform adoption
