Position Summary

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for leading the creation, planning, development, and optimization of high-quality digital content across client accounts and campaigns. This role serves as a subject matter expert in digital content creation and strategy, ensuring content is aligned with campaign and client goals. The Digital Content Manager partners closely with account teams and clients to translate communications strategies into engaging digital experiences and measurable results.

ย  Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital content that supports client objectives and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with account teams on content ideation, channel selection, audience engagement, and digital best practices
  • Create, edit, and publish content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, including videography and photography as needed
  • Create category-defining content that is ahead of trends, sharp, and performance-focused
  • Ensure content reflects brand standards, accessibility requirements, and user experience best practices
  • Provide expertise in digital content creation and strategy, content marketing, SEO, accessibility, and audience engagement
  • Recommend content approaches that improve reach, engagement, and overall campaign performance
  • Use analytics, audience insights, and performance metrics to guide content decisions and continuous improvement
  • Monitor emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to inform recommendations
  • Ideate, produce, and manage content campaigns and publishing plans across assigned accounts
  • Write, edit, and review content for clarity, tone, brand alignment, accessibility, and search optimization
  • Maintain content inventories, publishing schedules, version control, and approval records
  • Lead multiple client initiatives simultaneously, effectively managing quality, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work closely with account teams, creative partners, and clients throughout the content development process
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing recommendations on content execution, channel effectiveness, and performance
  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive service, quality delivery, and thoughtful guidance
  • Identify risks, gaps, resourcing needs, and opportunities early and communicate proactively

ย  Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience creating and publishing content across multiple digital channels and for varied audiences
  • Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, user experience principles, and digital content best practices
  • Experience working with content management systems, publishing tools, analytics platforms, and evolving digital technologies
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client initiatives, priorities, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
