Job Description

The AEM Content Specialist will be working with a team of AEM experts, designers, developers and client stakeholders in providing high quality website management and digital experiences for users. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities
  • Updating AEM templates, images, videos, and webpages
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on design implementations, content fragments and messaging framework
  • Authoring and publishing content in accordance with the client, team workflows and brand guidelines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve site structure and ensuring positive user experiences
  • Overseeing regular quality audits, troubleshooting issues and reporting minor/major updates
  • Enhancing web pages based on team feedback, analytics, and user testing
  • Working in liaison with the team on project scopes, timelines, and delivery
  • Ensuring content is SEO-driven, error-free and accessibility compliant before going live on site
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience as an Adobe Experience Manager or Web Content/Author
  • AEM 6.5 experience is preferred
  • Experience with WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines and how to implement these within your work (ie. alt-tags, accessible copy, navigation, links, etc)
  • Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, HTML and/or CSS
  • Experience with content management, design principles
  • Experience working with OSGI components, Sling Models, Services and Workflows
  • You are comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • You are an excellent communicator and are not the last person on the table to voice your expertise
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities with multiple clients
  • You have great decision-making skills and can handle escalated situations when necessary
  • You are a curious soul and keep up with industry and technology trends
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a huge plus!
  • You are autonomous, proactive, collaborative and dynamic. Someone who takes the initiative!

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary for this position is $65k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
