Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Summary

Work with our clients team in a high-impact role focused on driving business growth across three key areas: Oracle Partner Alliance, pre-sales + sales support, and LinkedIn influence. In this role, you will work directly with leadership, using your experience, business acumen, and strong communication skills to build relationships, support pre-sales and sale activity, and contribute to a robust sales pipeline


Responsibilities and Deliverables

Oracle Partner Alliance

  • Build andmaintain stakeholder maps and partner touchpoint plans
  • Run meeting follow-ups, next steps, and cadence tracking
  • Coordinate joint initiatives: account mapping, enablement, events/webinars
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline weekly

Sales +Pre-Sales

  • Prepare account briefs, meeting prep, notes, and crisp follow-ups
  • Support decks, one-pagers, proposals/RFP responses, and case studies
  • Coordinate internal SMEs to shape solution outlines and responses
  • Keep CRMaccurate(contacts, stages, next steps, activity logs)

LinkedIn Influence

  • Publish consistent LinkedIn content and support leadership posts
  • Drive strategic engagement (comments/DMs) to build relationships
  • Track performance and convert engagement into meetings


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary $60,000 $70,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Location

  • Comfortable with outreach and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%


Education

Undergraduate Business or related degree.


Experience

  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • B2B sales experience involving ERP implementation and integration solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle ecosystem or partner/SI activities
  • CRM familiarity (such as Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
  • Familiarity with HCM or Payroll systems would be an asset
