The Growth Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of donor- and customer- facing communications that reflect Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota's mission and fundraising priorities. This role focuses on producing high-quality written and visual content that communicates impact and supports donor stewardship and engagement efforts. The position works collaboratively with Development, Marketing & Communications, and program teams.

Job requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting donor communications or fundraising efforts
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Basic experience with content production (writing, photography, or design coordination)
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience writing and editing for external audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe applications for content development and design support
  • Must be able to pass a driver's eligibility check.
