About the role
The Manager of Brand and Design supports Granite's corporate office and on-site teams by designing and producing brand collateral that drives marketing and leasing success across our portfolio. This role is responsible for creative design and managing the production process while ensuring consistent implementation of Granite's brand.
The majority of this role (approximately 75%) will be focused on Resident Services design assistance, with the remaining time dedicated to corporate initiatives, including business development, social media management, website updates, and broader design initiatives.
What you'll do
  • Create visually compelling creative content and brand identities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate with teams to develop digital and print collateral
  • Manage brand presence across social media, email, and websites
  • Coordinate vendors, pricing, and project timelines
  • Manage project workflows and file libraries
  • Proofread and finalize all creative deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design preferred)
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
