The pace is fast. The expectations are high. And the roadmap? You'll help draw it. We're growing quickly, built to last through any market, and still grounded in our family-owned roots. That means you get the best of both worlds - a tight-knit, no-nonsense culture with room to advance and make your mark.

  • Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others), maintain brand consistency and stay current on trends.
  • Write compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, print ads, digital ads, promotional collateral materials, and press releases.
  • Script, shoot, edit, and produce video content for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Design graphics and visual assets for both digital and print use, including advertising, signage, and branded materials.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative image/copy tools, video AI, analytics tools) to enhance content quality and promotional efficiency.
  • Manage content scheduling and publishing using social media management platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, production, shipping, and leadership to align content with business initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, photography, and media libraries.
  • Uphold and advance ETE's brand standards across all deliverables.
  • Assist fulfillment in rewards program redemption.
  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a willingness to take on projects of varying scope.

  • Aim to not only meet but exceed goals
  • Make continuous improvement a daily goal
