About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape and evolve the favorited brand across digital, social, marketing, and product experiences.

You’ll work across a wide range of creative projects, from social content and campaign assets to brand systems, creator-facing materials, and product experiences. The ideal candidate has strong visual instincts, understands how design can build brand value, and can move quickly from concept to execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who is creative, culturally aware, highly collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership from brief to final execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling visual creative across social, digital, marketing, campaigns, and brand experiences.
  • Help evolve and strengthen favorited’s visual identity, design language, and brand system.
  • Translate creative concepts and strategic ideas into high-quality visual executions.
  • Create assets for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and other emerging channels.
  • Develop graphics and creative for product launches, creator initiatives, events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with social, marketing, product, design, and creator teams to develop cohesive creative experiences.
  • Create visual systems and templates that allow teams to move quickly while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Bring strong visual storytelling and creative thinking to new and ambiguous projects.
  • Stay current on design trends, internet culture, gaming, social media, and emerging visual styles.
  • Take projects from initial concept through production and final delivery.
  • Help establish creative standards and raise the overall visual quality of the brand.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 -6 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, digital design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, creative thinking, and range.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for digital-first brands and social platforms.
  • Ability to develop creative that feels both on-brand and culturally relevant.
  • Strong understanding of how visual design contributes to brand perception and growth.
  • Ability to take a project from a loose idea or brief through polished final execution.
  • Comfortable working quickly and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and pride in craft.
