Responsibilities:
  • Post and maintain driver job listings across major job boards, social media, and niche websites.
  • Execute CDL driver sourcing efforts, including resume searches, database sourcing, and outreach.
  • Support bulk outreach and drip campaigns (email and/or text) to engage prospective drivers.
  • Assist in creating and updating recruitment marketing content, including job ads, emails, and social posts.
  • Develop basic graphic assets and marketing copy to support recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor job postings and campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Execute paid search and social media campaigns in support of recruitment efforts.
  • Track and report on basic campaign performance metrics (e.g., clicks, applications, open rates).
  • Manage and update job feeds and assist in troubleshooting posting issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and job boards to ensure job visibility and performance.
  • Support social media efforts by scheduling and posting recruiting-related content.
  • Assist with employer brand project initiatives related to driver and corporate recruiting.
  • Maintain marketing assets and materials in support of recruitment teams.
  • Support recruiting and marketing teams with ad hoc creative projects and campaign execution.
  • Maintain supervision of inventory for employee clothing, gifts, and promotional items for job fairs, engagement events, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Prior experience in marketing, recruiting, or communications preferred (internships included).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
  • Experience or familiarity with social media platforms and job boards (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email campaigns, social media, online ads, conversion rates/performance).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and digital asset tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Experience with Photoshop is required.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools preferred.
  • Previous experience with social and email tools such as Hootsuite and Constant Contact, marketing automation, and/or web development preferred.
  • Awareness of industry benchmarks, best practices, market trends, competitor activity analysis and brand reputation/sentiment analysis.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
  • Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
  • Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting), with travel for related meetings/events.
