About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Associate, Content Valuation to join the Content Acquisitions & Partnerships team. This role will support Acquisitions, Originals, Content Strategy, FP&A, and Creator Partnerships, with a primary focus on deal-level valuation, title economics, and greenlight decision support across film, series, sports, and creator formats.
Reporting to the Manager, Content Valuation, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models that evaluate content investments, forecast performance, and inform negotiation strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving content environment with visibility to senior leadership.
This is a hybrid role based out of Los Angeles, CA.You must be willing to travel to our Los Angelesoffice three days/week.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain title-level financial models to evaluate movies, series, sports, originals, and creator content across multiple deal structures
  • Contribute to greenlight and renewal analyses, incorporating projected viewership, monetization, lifecycle performance, and strategic considerations
  • Partner directly with Acquisitions to support deal valuation and negotiations, including sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling
  • Translate complex financial outputs into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze historical and forward-looking performance data to refine content valuation assumptions and benchmarks
  • Support slate-level and portfolio views by aggregating title economics into broader performance and investment frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, Data Science, and Business Operations to align valuation outputs with forecasts and reporting
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and processes that enhance transparency, consistency, and scalability in content decision-making
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses as needed

Your Background:
  • 3+ years experience in related finance fields focused on quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheet-based tools, including but not restricted to excellent modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses with large data sets
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted tools to streamline data analysis, research synthesis, and modeling workflows; curiosity to adopt emerging tools as they apply to content valuation
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; with the ability to articulate clear, and concise narratives for a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and autonomously
  • BA or BS degree required; CPA or MBA a plus
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for movies and television content

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
