Job Summary

Responsible for managing container equipment inventory, availability, and movement across the U.S. network. This role ensures optimal equipment utilization while supporting cost control and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor container availability, depot inventory levels, and equipment flows
  • Coordinate container positioning, repositioning, and allocation
  • Manage repair, maintenance, and off-hire requests with vendors and depots
  • Track key performance indicators (turn time, utilization, exceptions, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with terminals, depots, trucking companies, and internal teams
  • Support equipment-related cost analysis and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in internal equipment management systems
  • This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs


Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location


Work Schedule: M-F (Standard Business Hours local time)
