The Axis Way:
At AxisKey, our culture isn't just something we talk about; it's how we work every day. We call it The Axis Way, and it guides how we collaborate, make decisions, and support one another.

If you're excited by our purpose and see yourself living these values every day, we'd love to meet you!
The Role
We're hiring a Creative Strategist to develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and conversion-focused creative across AxisKey and Axis Reach.
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded professional based in Miami who combines strong writing skills with a genuine interest in finance and marketing. Years of experience matter less to us than your ability to understand an audience, generate strong ideas, and translate those ideas into persuasive campaigns.
You'll help shape campaigns across the full customer journey-from creative concepts, paid ads, and video scripts to landing pages and email sequences. Because much of our work involves private capital offerings, you'll also learn how to create engaging, high-performing campaigns within a regulated environment where every claim must be accurate, balanced, and supported.
You'll collaborate closely with our designer, media buyer, and broader Marketing team to produce a steady stream of strategic, polished campaign concepts and scripts that are ready to launch and don't require extensive rewriting.
What You'll Do
  • Develop creative concepts, campaign angles, hooks, and messaging across AxisKey, Axis Reach, and selected client accounts.
  • Translate positioning and campaign briefs into compelling creative strategies.
  • Write direct-response copy for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Develop scripts for video ads, VSLs, webinars, and other campaign content.
  • Write landing pages, offering pages, website copy, headlines, and calls-to-action.
  • Create email sequences for nurturing, reactivation, event promotion, and follow-up.
  • Build hook banks, messaging variations, and creative concepts for ongoing campaign testing.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across ads, landing pages, emails, webinars, and sales conversations.
  • Research target audiences to understand their motivations, concerns, objections, and decision-making process.
  • Apply consumer psychology principles to develop creative that moves audiences from interest to action.
  • Support campaign management, execution, and ongoing optimization.
  • Review campaign performance and use results to improve future concepts, messaging, and scripts.
  • Ensure financial marketing claims are accurate, balanced, and aligned with approved offering materials.
  • Incorporate feedback from broker-dealer and compliance reviews while maintaining persuasive and engaging messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and media buyers to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Present multiple creative concepts quickly and clearly explain the strategy behind each one.

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
  • Strong interest in finance, investing, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to generate compelling campaign concepts, hooks, and messaging quickly.
  • Strong direct-response writing skills across ads, landing pages, emails, and video scripts.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative thinking and persuasive writing.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in creative strategy, copywriting, advertising, or campaign development.
  • Familiarity with direct-response campaigns, conversion funnels, and paid media.
  • Experience in private capital, financial services, real estate investments, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or AI tools for research and content development.
  • Experience with video scripts, VSLs, or creative direction.

What You'll Get
  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based incentives tied to revenue generation and new client acquisition
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Health benefits package
  • Paid time off +sick days
  • Company laptop and tools
  • Opportunity to work directly with founders, investment firms, and private market operators
  • Career growth within a fast-scaling fintech company operating at the intersection of capital markets and technology
