We are hiring a Technical Sales Support Representative to support revenue growth for our eB2B team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert to identify client needs and architect custom solutions using BenQ's hardware, software, and service ecosystems
  • Execute proactive lead follow-ups and support the broader sales strategy to convert prospects into long-term national accounts
  • Partner with the Marcom team to develop technical sales collateral, messaging, and documentation tailored to specific industry verticals
  • Build and maintain high-level rapport with stakeholders across the customer account base, from technical influencers to executive buyers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues, providing rapid resolution or managing strategic escalations to technical services
  • Represent the BenQ brand at partner sites, trade shows, and industry events through live product demonstrations
  • Traveling to prospects and partner sites for installation guidance

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years in Technical Sales and/or Inside Sales
  • Background in the consumer electronics or AV industry is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce), HubSpot, and Salesforce to manage pipelines
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology innovations into value-driven business solutions for diverse customer segments
  • Strong foundational knowledge of display technologies (projectors, interactive flat panels, and monitors) with the ability to master proprietary software quickly
  • Proactive approach to business development, including a willingness to conduct cold outreach and engage prospective high-value leads
  • "Service-first" consultative approach; able to remain composed and professional in high-pressure sales environments
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a high degree of comfort learning and implementing new digital marketing and automation tools

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
