Administrative Client Support
As our participant numbers grow, so does the need for our support team to grow!
Cor-Vanama Solutions/Consumer Directions Inc. provides the payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of the participant remaining in their home with the paid assistance of their family members and friends. Our passion is to help families navigate their journey through self-directed services.
This in office position is full-time, detail-oriented, and needs someone who will stay positive while navigating new scenarios daily. This is a rewarding career that provides opportunities with a Strengths based, growing company in St. Joseph, MN. We are looking for an individual who is proficient, a self-motivator, adaptable, likes working with numbers, and can provide exceptional customer service every day in an evolving, fast-paced environment. This position could be for you!
Core Responsibilities: The Administrative Client Support position will support a caseload of participants and will be assigned, but not limited to, the following duties:
  • Process time entries and invoices
  • Maintain an accounts receivable/accounts payable system
  • Bill different providers
  • Invoicing participants
  • Assisting participants in managing their budget/plan
  • Communicate regularly with participants and other professionals through phone and email
  • Auditing of budgets and reports
  • Perform general accounting duties in accordance with prescribed procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Physical Demands:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bookkeeping, MS Excel proficiency, and some accounting experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
  • Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $20-$22/hour; 40 hours a week
