Employee Enrollment Specialist

As our participant numbers grow, so does the need for our support team to grow.

Cor-Vanama Solutions/Consumer Directions Inc. provides payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of remaining in their home by hiring their family members and friends. Our passion is to help families navigate their journey through self-directed services.

This is a full time, hourly, in office, entry level data-entry position within our Human Resources Department at our St Cloud location. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily. We are looking for an individual who is proficient, a self-motivator, adaptable, and can provide exceptional customer service every day in an evolving, fast-paced environment. This is a rewarding career that provides opportunities with a growing, strengths based company with offices in St. Cloud and St. Joseph, MN.

Core Responsibilities:

The position will be assigned, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Enroll Financial Management Service (FMS) employees by electronic and paper packet and manage updates
  • File for MN New Hire, NetStudy, MINITS Mailbox, and/or CDI systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Reach out to employees if there is missing information or forms that need to be completed

Physical Demands:

  • This position may be completed sitting or standing.
  • This position may infrequently require lifting up to 20 lbs.

Travel:

  • The position may require local travel to our second office location or training venue.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Some data entry

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
  • Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $19-$21/hour; 40 hours a week
