What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account sales, enterprise sales, business development, or vertical market leadership in healthcare technology, SaaS, cloud communications, contact center, or CX environments.
  • Proven success generating pipeline, penetrating strategic accounts, and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into or building solutions for healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, healthcare IT, telehealth, digital health, or related ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling, strategic account planning, and healthcare-relevant technologies and requirements, including UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, HIPAA, HITRUST, HL7, and FHIR.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. English required for global collaboration; additional language capabilities are a plus depending on market coverage.
