  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

  • Build market differentiation and firm capabilities by developing reusable methods, tools, and intellectual capital; contributing to thought leadership and alliances; and translating market, industry, and technology trends into differentiated client solutions.
  • Mentor and develop Managers and project teams by setting clear expectations, delegating meaningful ownership, reviewing high-impact deliverables, providing timely and actionable feedback, supporting performance development, and preparing team members for increased responsibility.
  • Contribute to practice and firm priorities by partnering across offerings, supporting recruiting and onboarding, improving delivery and commercial processes, and modeling Clearsulting’s Core Values and standards.
What You'll Bring:
  • 12+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting, professional services, or an industry environment
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing people, including Managers or multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, project economics, risks, governance, and change enablement.

  • Experience advising senior or executive stakeholders, translating business priorities into practical recommendations, and communicating complex ideas through executive-ready presentations, written deliverables, and client discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience driving business development and account growth through opportunity identification and qualification, scoping and pricing, proposal development, presentations, solution demonstrations, negotiations, pipeline management, and relationship expansion in collaboration with commercial leaders.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
