About the Opportunity
Our client seeking an experienced Construction Worker to join its team supporting projects throughout Southern California. This is not a general labor position. We are looking for someone who has hands-on construction experience and knows how to build, repair, install, and complete a variety of construction-related tasks.
The ideal candidate is well-rounded, dependable, and comfortable working independently or alongside a construction team. You should have practical experience with drywall, painting, basic carpentry, repairs, installations, and other skilled construction work.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company that offers a positive, team-oriented culture and consistent exposure to projects throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on construction, repair, and installation work at various project sites
  • Install, repair, patch, and finish drywall
  • Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and touch-ups
  • Complete basic carpentry, framing, installation, and general building tasks
  • Perform demolition and reconstruction work as needed
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Measure, cut, assemble, install, and repair construction materials
  • Assist with punch-list work, tenant improvements, repairs, and project closeout activities
  • Read measurements and follow instructions, plans, and project specifications
  • Identify basic construction issues and determine appropriate repairs
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow company and jobsite safety requirements
  • Work effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and other field personnel
  • Travel to project sites throughout Southern California as required
