Job Overview
Collister Construction is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Finishers to join our growing team. We are looking to hire in the Buffalo area. Responsibilities

  • Apply joint compound to seams, corners, and screw holes to create a smooth surface, fixing nicks and dings are important.
  • Tape joints and corners with drywall tape to ensure a seamless finish.
  • Sand finished surfaces to achieve a uniform texture and smoothness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.
  • Cutting rolling walls must be skilled at cutting in very well against ceiling trim.
  • Must be skilled at caulking
  • Must be very dependable and reliable on a day to day basis for your shift.
  • Moving tools is a must
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with drywall finishing.
