About the Role:
Cadenhead Commercial LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team in Caddo Mills, TX. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity where you'll play a critical part in winning new business and delivering projects with excellence from start to finish. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive bids and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed takeoffs
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination from pre-construction through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and field crews
  • Monitor job site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Procure materials and negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and scope of work
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial construction blueprints and specifications
  • Experience with estimating software and project management tools. OST and Quickbid is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall systems, metal framing, and commercial interior construction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
