Position Summary

BA Kitchen and Bath Design is seeking a reliable and organized Company Runner / Material Pickup Specialist to support daily operations by transporting materials, supplies, and products between vendors, suppliers, job sites, and the company location. This role is essential in ensuring projects stay on schedule by maintaining timely deliveries and pickups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver materials, supplies, fixtures, and equipment from vendors and suppliers.
  • Transport products safely to residential and commercial job sites.
  • Verify orders and materials against purchase orders and delivery tickets.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, cabinets, countertops, tile, and other remodeling products.
  • Maintain organized records of pickups, deliveries, and receipts.
  • Communicate with project managers, office staff, vendors, and installers regarding delivery schedules.
  • Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Support warehouse organization and inventory management as needed.
  • Perform additional errands and operational support tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, trucks, or vans.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
