Job description

We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Williams Construction is an established General Contractor on the island of Kauai, specializing in high-end luxury homes. Providing the highest build quality and superb customer service is our mission, and we want to hire the best to join our team.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work with the management team and prospective clients to develop construction proposals specifically tailored to meet the expectations of the clients
  • Review projects in-depth to estimate costs and develop budgets
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure supplies and materials are in place to complete projects within schedule and budget
  • Review work progress daily
  • Develop and manage all project documentation
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and the leadership team on project needs and status

What does it take to succeed as a Project Manager with Williams Construction?
  • 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred
  • Strong motivational skills
