Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects forward while managing multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients
  • Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and risks
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and local building codes
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to clients and internal teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Mentor and support field staff and project teams


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (GC experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
